Elizabeth Noble

Elizabeth is a Person-Centred psychotherapeutic counsellor, coach and supervisor, and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

From Elizabeth:

I'm a warm, straightforward and welcoming counsellor, coach and supervisor. I believe human beings tend to do the best we can with the resources we have. So, my approach is to offer you a relationship in which you can uncover, or build up, the resources that you need to live life more as you choose.

With over ten years post-qualification experience in the NHS, UK charities and private practice, I have been fortunate to work with a broad range of people, on lots of different issues including depression, bereavement, relationship and family difficulties. I have particular experience in supporting people with the following:

- domestic violence

- sexual abuse and rape

- long-term health conditions

- appearance concerns

- sexual identity and gender identity (I am an LGBT-affirmative and kink-aware counsellor).
