Megan Lamming

Megan is an Integrative and Relational Counsellor (RegMBACP)

From Megan:

I offer relational, integrative counselling for adults seeking support with the emotional and relational challenges life can bring. You might be feeling anxious, low, stuck in patterns that are hard to shift, or finding relationships difficult to navigate. I aim to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s going on for you, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to make changes that feel authentic and manageable.

Alongside my general counselling work, I am also training in psychosexual and relationship therapy. I currently welcome clients who would like support with intimacy, desire, sexuality, and relationships, including experiences that may feel difficult to talk about elsewhere. While I complete this specialist training under supervision, I offer psychosexual sessions at a reduced rate.

I work with many LGBTQIA+ clients and offer an affirmative, kink and sex-positive space for people of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy and kink. I aim to create an environment where all aspects of your identity and experience are welcome, without assumption or judgement.

I work with a range of concerns across both general counselling and psychosexual therapy, including:

  • Anxiety, stress, low mood, and self-esteem or confidence difficulties

  • Relationship and communication challenges (with partners, family, or others)

  • Life transitions, including changes in relationships, identity, or direction

  • Exploring identity, gender, sexuality, or relationship style

  • Intimacy difficulties, low or mismatched desire, and sexual anxiety

  • Feeling disconnected from your body, sexuality, or sense of self

  • Navigating consent, boundaries, and communication in relationships

  • Shame, body image concerns, or past experiences impacting sexual wellbeing

  • Building intimacy, connection, and emotional safety in relationships

I offer a free 15–20 minute introductory consultation (online or by phone), giving us a chance to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and whether working together feels like a good fit.

Whether you’re seeking support for something specific, or you’re not quite sure where to begin, I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
