Sarah Cavaliere
Sarah is an experienced BACP-accredited integrative therapist
From Sarah:
I have over 15 years of experience as a therapist working with individual adults.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental space in which to explore the issues that have led you to approach me for therapy.
As an integrative therapist, I use a range of different approaches in order to think with you about how you manage and approach your life. You may want to consider a particular issue, or it might be the time to think about your life in general. I adapt my approach according to your individual needs.
Together we can explore how your childhood and past experiences have impacted your current frame of mind and your relationships, whether with family members, friends or colleagues. Working in this way improves both your emotional wellbeing and your relationships with others.
I have a breadth of experience across many issues that bring people to therapy, and I have some particular areas of interest and expertise:
Family dynamics
Pregnancy, the perinatal period, pregnancy loss and miscarriage, infertility, IVF and post-natal issues
People affected by adoption - I have a specific training in this area
Child development and parenting - my original training as a child therapist provides insight into child development, which can support parents through all stages of parenthood including parenting neurodiverse children and children with SEND
